Shipping & Delivery
We utilise many options for delivery, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT couriers.
If you have a favourite courier or preferred delivery method, please call us in advance so we can assist.
In every possible case we send tracking details to you via SMS or email, however if you do not provide either of these details, we may have trouble forwarding the tracking information to you.
For heavy items, the courier will not deliver to private addresses, delivery will be to your nearest depot, or a business address supplied by yourself. This is stated in the item listing, so if you are ordering a heavy item please include the relevant info in your order notes.
