ARC Performance DIY Ford 9 Inch Diff Housing & Axle Kit.
Weld together 9 inch diff housing kit.
- 3 inch x OD 3/16 inch wall seamless axle tubes
- Large Ford New style bearing carriers
- To suit diffs 65 inches to approx 44.5 inches Axle face to Axle face depending on Pinion Position
- 31 spline 1541H billet forged axles pre-drilled to suit Ford 5 x 4.5 inch and GM 5 x 4.75 inch stud patterns
These are supplied as a cut to size axle, we have multiple lengths, each with 4″ of spline.
These kits are set up with an Axle Brake gap of 2.5″ and use Large Ford New Style Housing ends.

- 2 x 535mm axle tubes, bearing carriers and Classic Round Back centre housing
- 2 x Cut to size axles
- 2 x Set20 1.564″ ID, 3.150″ OD roller taper bearings, lock Ring, seal & Retainer Plates
- Wheel studs (both 1/2 inch and 7/16 inch)
- Axle retainer T-bolts
- Breather

Axle Offset: suit 2.5″ brake offset (63.5mm)
Flange Diameter: 158mm
Drum/Rotor Pilot diamter: 70.8mm
